The Bill (Reg. No.5524) extends financial and organizational basis of the national state social insurance in case of unemployment onto the personnel and subdivisions of civil protection. The Bill excludes the phrase "civil protection forces from Clause 1 of the effective Law, supplementing it with a new term "bodies and subdivisions of civil protection".
The legislative act introduces amendments to the Law "On Compulsory State Insurance in Case of Unemployment" that regulate provision of compulsory state social insurance in case of unemployment in the framework of the Ministry on Emergency Situations.
